Turn the crank and a ball rolls out. If the picture is on your card, tap it and say the word to put a button on it; if not, tap Not on my card. A whole row, column or diagonal wins. With Grown-up gives clues on, the grown-up peeks at the ball and describes it, and the child finds it from the clue.
